Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return and refund policy for eligible items.

Eligibility

· Timeframe: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

· Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

· Eligible Issues:

  • Damaged, defective, or spoiled items.
  • Wrong or missing items.
  • Non-delivery.

Exceptions

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used pet treats (for hygiene reasons).
  • Custom or personalised items.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

How to Return

  1. Email caratcompanion@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue (include photos for damaged and missing items if applicable).
  2. If your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label (return postage is covered by you unless the item is defective).
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
