Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return and refund policy for eligible items.
Eligibility
· Timeframe: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
· Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
· Eligible Issues:
- Damaged, defective, or spoiled items.
- Wrong or missing items.
- Non-delivery.
Exceptions
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or used pet treats (for hygiene reasons).
- Custom or personalised items.
- Sale items and gift cards.
How to Return
- Email caratcompanion@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue (include photos for damaged and missing items if applicable).
- If your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label (return postage is covered by you unless the item is defective).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
