We ship all orders from London UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Shipping Rates

· Free Shipping – Orders over £35 across all UK regions (including remote areas).  We don't ship to Northern Irelands.

· £2.99 Flat Rate – Orders below £35 to UK mainland (England, Wales and Scotland, excluding remote areas).

· £4.99 Flat Rate – Orders below £35 to remote areas, including:

• Guernsey and Channel Islands (postal codes: GY, JE)
• Isle of Man (postal codes: IM)
• Scottish Highlands & Islands (postal codes: IV, HS, KA27–28, KW, PA20–49, PA60–78, PH17–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, ZE)
• Orkney, Shetland, and Western Isles (postal codes: KW15–17, HS1–9, ZE1–4)

Delivery Time

• UK Mainland – 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Remote Areas – 4–6 working days after dispatch.
• Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
• Tracking details are sent via email upon dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us within 7 days at caratcompanion@gmail.com.
We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

• We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate.
  Re-delivery fees may apply for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses.
